Outside we use drop cloths and catch paint chips during prep. Inside we move and cover furniture and mask floors, trim and fixtures before any paint is opened. We perform a mandatory nightly clean-up so you never have to live in a messy construction zone.
Outside we power wash, scrape, sand and seal gaps with 40-year caulk, then prime bare wood. Inside we patch nail holes and cracks, caulk trim and baseboards and spot-prime stains. Both are included in our home painting services.
